We have now shipped all the direct orders for the Limited Edition of The King of Shadows.
There are a few collectors who have not yet paid, and I have sent a final reminder to them via email. This marks the 5th and final notification. If you have not received an email notification and you think you have a copy on preorder, it is imperative that you contact me ASAP at brian@lividian.com because I will be cancelling all of the unpaid orders next week. Unfortunately, I cannot hold books indefinitely.
