This hardcover features exclusive Vincent Chong full-color artwork for the dust jacket and will be printed in a very limited First Edition/First Printing available directly from Lividian and the indie retailers listed below. We need to set the print run with our printer this week, so please preorder ASAP if you want to guarantee yourself a copy of the 1st/1st. Big box stores and Amazon will receive a print-on-demand hardcover since that worked great for The King of Shadows and Seven Shades of Evil, but we know our collectors want the actual first edition.
