It appears that sometime between the final proofread of the signed editions of Seven Shades of Evil and when the printing started, the block of text on a two page spread got swapped with the adjoining two pages, putting four pages out of order.
So, the pages are all there and numbered in the correct order, but the text is unfortunately in the wrong order. The correct reading order goes: page 33, 36, 37, 34, 35, and then 38 is where things are correct again. The Limited Edition has already shipped out the door, so we cannot add an errata sheet, but there is one with the Lettered Edition, and here is a link to a PDF version if you need one.
Please note: this does not affect the trade edition, which featured a different page design.
I’m looking into what exactly happened because I’ve never seen this happen before, and obviously I want to prevent it from ever happening again. My apologies for this mistake.
Best,
Brian

Bummer. Never fun to be the recipient of something new and so annoying.
We had a few goofs at the Johns Hopkins University Press. One which meant the reprinting of a brand new book because we had to destroy the 5000 copy first printing.
